How do I request a COA for my batch?
All current batch COAs are published in our Test Reports Library. Simply search by peptide name or batch number and download the corresponding report. If you can't find your batch or need documentation for a historical order, email us at support@blueskyepeptides.com with your order number.
What's the fastest way to reach you?
Phone is fastest during business hours â we answer within one ring and there's no phone tree. Email is best for detailed inquiries, documentation requests, or anything that requires attachments. We reply to every email within 24 business hours.
Can I visit your Los Angeles office?
Our office is not a retail storefront â it's a business and shipping facility. Walk-ins are by appointment only. If you'd like to schedule a visit for institutional or wholesale purposes, email us first so we can prepare for your arrival.
I need a custom-sourced peptide. Who do I contact?
Send the sequence, CAS number, or molecular details to support@blueskyepeptides.com. Our R&D team will confirm feasibility, timeline, and pricing within 1â2 business days. For larger volumes, review our Wholesale Program first.
My order hasn't arrived yet â who do I contact?
First, check your tracking number (emailed when the order shipped). If tracking has stalled for more than 3 business days past the estimated delivery, call us at +1 (424) 294-0603 or email support@blueskyepeptides.com. We'll open a carrier investigation immediately.
Do you offer payment terms for institutions?
Yes â verified institutional and academic accounts can qualify for Net-30 terms. Distributor-tier partners may qualify for Net-60. Contact us through our Wholesale Program for setup.
