What time do I need to order to get same-day shipping?
Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 PM PST (noon Pacific) ship the same business day. Orders after noon, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to selected international destinations via FedEx International and DHL. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you're outside the U.S. so we can confirm feasibility for your country.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Payment instructions and a QR code are generated at checkout — send the exact amount within 30 minutes to lock in the rate.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
All domestic shipments include tracking. If tracking stalls for more than 3 business days past the estimated delivery, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation — and reship or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy if the carrier confirms loss.
